Privacy Policy

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy describes how Altriga Technologies ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Mind Links: Daily Word Sort Puzzle mobile application (the "App"). By installing or using the App, you agree to the terms set out in this policy.

2. Information We Do Not Collect

Mind Links is designed to be a single-player, offline-first game. We do not:

• Require you to create an account
• Ask for your name, email, phone number, or any contact details
• Collect your location, contacts, photos, microphone, or camera input
• Allow in-app messaging, chat, or any user-to-user communication
• Sell or rent any personal information to third parties

3. Information Collected Automatically (By Google AdMob)

The App displays ads served by Google AdMob, a third-party advertising service provided by Google LLC. AdMob may automatically collect certain information from your device in order to deliver and measure ads, including:

• Google Advertising ID (GAID / IDFA): A resettable, device-level identifier used to serve relevant ads and to measure ad performance.
• Device information: Device model, operating system version, language setting, screen size, and time zone.
• Ad interaction data: Whether you view, tap on, or dismiss an ad, and the rough performance of ad requests.
• IP address: Used in a truncated or hashed form for fraud prevention and geo-targeting of ads.
• App install information: Whether and when the App was installed, opened, and which screens were viewed.

This data is processed by Google on its own servers, governed by Google's Privacy Policy and the Google Ads Policy. We do not have access to the personal information that AdMob collects, and we do not control how Google uses it.

4. Advertising Personalization (How to Opt Out)

AdMob may use your Advertising ID to show ads tailored to your inferred interests. You can disable this at any time:

• Android: Open Settings → Google → Ads and turn on Opt out of Ads Personalization. You can also reset your Advertising ID from the same screen.
• iOS (if released in future): Open Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking and toggle off Allow Apps to Request to Track for Mind Links.

Even when opted out, you will still see ads — they will simply be non-personalized.

5. Children

Mind Links is rated Everyone (ESRB) / PEGI 3 and is suitable for all ages. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children. AdMob is configured to treat advertising requests from users identified as under 13 in compliance with the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and equivalent regulations worldwide. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the App, please contact us at the address below and we will assist you in removing it.

6. Data Storage & Security

All game progress (lives, coins, completed levels, stars, streak count, settings) is stored locally on your device using SharedPreferences and a local SQLite database. This data never leaves your device and is deleted when you uninstall the App.

We use Firebase Analytics and Firebase Remote Config to understand how the App is used and to deliver mandatory app updates. These services are provided by Google LLC and are governed by Google's Privacy Policy. The data collected is aggregated and does not identify you personally. You may opt out of Firebase Analytics by enabling the OS-level "Limit Ad Tracking" / "Opt out of Ads Personalization" setting described in section 4.

7. Third-Party Services We Use

• Google AdMob — for serving ads (Rewarded, Interstitial, Banner, App Open).

• flutter_local_notifications — schedules local-only reminders on your device. No data is sent to any server.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your country of residence, you may have the right to:

• Request access to any personal data we hold about you (we hold none)
• Request that we delete any personal data we hold (we hold none)
• Opt out of personalized advertising (see section 4)
• Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority

9. International Transfers

AdMob and Firebase services are operated by Google LLC, which may process data on servers located in the United States, European Union, and other regions. By using the App, you understand that information collected by these services may be transferred to and processed in a country other than your own. Google's data-transfer practices are described in their privacy policy and are designed to comply with applicable data-protection laws, including the GDPR.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. If changes are material, we will display a notice within the App asking you to review the updated policy. Your continued use of the App after a change indicates that you accept the updated policy.
