PaperTradeNifty is a paper-trading/simulation platform. It is provided for educational and practice purposes only and does not place live broker orders for users.

Content and features available in the app are informational and educational. They do not constitute investment, legal, or tax advice. You are solely responsible for any real-world trading decisions.

3. Account Responsibility

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and OTP access.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• We may suspend or terminate access for abuse, fraud, policy violations, or harmful conduct.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

• Paid plans provide premium in-app features and virtual credits for simulation use only.
• Subscription activation, duration, and entitlement are determined by successful verification and plan status in our system.
• Prices, plan benefits, and available offers may change at any time.

5. Acceptable Use

• Do not attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineering, scraping, or disruption of systems.
• Do not submit false payment claims, fake transaction IDs, or fraudulent support requests.

6. Availability and Changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time, including for maintenance, legal compliance, or reliability reasons.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PaperTradeNifty and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the app or reliance on its content.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable laws of India, subject to jurisdiction under competent courts.
